About the Role
Ravenna’s marketing team shapes how prospects and the broader market understand who we are and what we’re building. As our first product marketing hire, you’ll play a critical role in defining and elevating our story including refining messaging, sharpening positioning, and making sure the way we talk about Ravenna resonates with our ideal customers. This is a chance to own the voice of a fast-growing, category-defining product and lay the foundation for how we reach and inspire the market.
What You Will Do
- Expert Story Teller: Define Ravenna’s product positioning and messaging, using customer stories, insight and market context to create narratives that resonates with our ICP.
- Launch Products: Own the go-to-market strategy for new products and features, driving adoption and impact that fuel business growth.
- Engage customers: Deliver compelling content including workshops, blog posts, social campaigns, and more that educates users, increases activation, and strengthens Ravenna’s market presence.
- Support Sales: Build training, collateral, and playbooks that empower Sales and Success to win more deals and expand existing accounts.
- Measure Everything: Set clear KPIs, track results, and turn insights into actions that continually raise the bar for future launches and campaigns.
About You
- 3+ years in Product Marketing in B2B SaaS, with experience in enterprise GTM strategy, solution positioning, and sales enablement.
- You think beyond features, solving customer problems with outcomes-led narratives.
- Exceptional storyteller, especially adept at simplifying technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Operative mindset: strategic but hands-on. You are comfortable working through ambiguity in growth-stage environments.
- Collaborative communicator who thrives as a bridge between GTM, Product, and Sales.
- Experience with AI, infrastructure, or developer tools is a strong advantage.
- Data driven. You must be able to measure and communicate the impact of your work and use those insights to iterate and improve.
