About the Role
As Ravenna’s Field Marketing Manager, you will own how Ravenna shows up in the market. From flagship events and regional dinners to partner-driven campaigns. You’ll create memorable experiences that drive awareness, accelerate demand, and build pipeline in collaboration with our Sales team. If you’ve built field programs from the ground up, have a bias for action, and know how to speak to IT and Operations buyers, we want to meet you.
What You Will Do
- Build and execute an industry event strategy. We expect you to identify key trade shows and conferences for Ravenna to participate in, plan and execute the events to drive qualified leads and pipeline to support the regional revenue targets.
- Engineer Uniquely Ravenna Experiences: Own the strategy and execution for Ravenna hosted events including the Ravenna Supper Club and other ways that we can delight customers and prospects.
- Build & Execute ABM Playbooks: Architect full-funnel, full-stack ABM programs targeting high-value accounts. Partner with Sales to deeply understand account needs and build campaigns that drive meetings, pipeline, and revenue.
- Measure Impact: Use data to continuously test, measure, and refine your programs. You're not just generating leads, you're building pipeline, influencing & accelerating revenue.
- Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Engineering and leadership to ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and a world class buyer experience.
- Travel Requirements: Participate in events and meetings across the US, with travel involved to support field marketing activities.
About You
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation, preferably in SaaS, infrastructure, or IT tools.
- Proven track record of building field programs that directly impact pipeline and revenue.
- Highly organized project manager with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
- Creative storyteller who can translate Ravenna’s platform value into compelling in-person and digital experiences.
- Collaborative operator who thrives at the intersection of Sales and Marketing.
- Willingness to travel for events and customer activations.
