For those operating these help channels, robust performance metrics are also essential. Increasingly, they want AI to answer tickets for them and resolve their colleagues’ questions faster. Ravenna is that software platform.

The space we're targeting is typically referred to as ITSM, and it's enormous—$200 billion according to the CEO of ServiceNow, the industry leader. We have conviction that bringing AI, that actually works, to an aging and lackluster category of software is a huge opportunity. About the Role

At Ravenna, we're looking for a passionate Sr. Integrations Engineer to join our core Platform team. In this role, you’ll architect, build, and scale the integrations that connect Ravenna with the modern SaaS ecosystem, from identity and HR systems to ticketing, messaging, and workflow tools. You’ll also help shape our integrations infrastructure, working with Temporal to orchestrate complex workflows and with shared libraries that make building new integrations fast, reliable, and consistent. This is a high impact role where you’ll collaborate across product, platform, and engineering to make Ravenna seamlessly fit into our customers existing environments.

Responsibilities

🛠️ Design, build, and maintain integrations between Ravenna and third-party systems such as Slack, Okta, Jira, ServiceNow, and Google Workspace.

🚀 Own and evolve our Temporal-based integration orchestration workflows for reliable, stateful, and long-running integrations. 🔄 Define and implement scalable integration patterns that can be reused across multiple connectors. ✈️ Improve our integration infrastructure, including CI/CD workflows, testing frameworks, and monitoring.

📦 Work within a TurboRepo monorepo to ensure codebase consistency, modularity, and maintainability.

🍕Work within our TypeScript monorepo (TurboRepo) to build modular and composable integration services.

🛡️Implement observability and reliability best practices for integrations, including metrics, retries, and error handling.

💡Partner with customer success and product teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and improve integration behavior in production.

🪨 Support internal tooling and UI components built with Next.js and React to configure and manage integrations.
