About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to own Ravenna’s content strategy and bring our story to life across channels. In this role, you’ll create compelling content that resonates with IT, Operations, and business decision-makers, fueling awareness, demand, and customer trust. You’ll partner closely with Product Marketing, Growth, and Sales to ensure content connects directly to revenue outcomes.
What You Will Do
- Own the Content Strategy: Define and execute Ravenna’s content plan across channels, maintaining a consistent brand voice for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Create High-Impact Content: Produce blogs, case studies, videos, ebooks, guides, and multimedia assets that educate and engage.
- Fuel Growth Campaigns: Build and optimize demand gen assets, ROI calculators, solution briefs, gated content, that drive MQLs, launches, and pipeline.
- Showcase Customer Stories: Capture and amplify customer value through case studies, testimonials, blogs, video, and community-driven content.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Design to align content with positioning, GTM priorities, and enablement needs.
About You
- 3–5 years of content marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with a strong portfolio of written and multimedia work.
- Exceptional writer, editor, and storyteller, able to distill complex technical ideas into engaging narratives.
- Strategic thinker who understands how content ties to demand generation and pipeline.
- Hands-on operator who can execute while also scaling frameworks, style guides, and editorial calendars.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Familiarity with AI, cloud infrastructure, or developer ecosystems is a strong plus.
