They are the oil in the gears of the modern, chat-centric organization. **Behind the scenes, they need software that allows people to turn questions into trackable, assignable, and resolvable tickets. For those operating these help channels, robust performance metrics are also essential. Increasingly, they want AI to answer tickets for them and resolve their colleagues’ questions faster. Ravenna is that software platform.

The space we're targeting is typically referred to as ITSM, and it's enormous—$200 billion according to the CEO of ServiceNow, the industry leader. We have conviction that bringing AI, that actually works, to an aging and lackluster category of software is a huge opportunity. To tackle this market, we’ve partnered with some of the best investors in the business, including Khosla Ventures and Founders Co-op, along with a range of angel investors such as Guillermo Rauch (CEO of Vercel), GC (CCO of OpenAI), John Waldman (CEO of Homebase), and the founders of Zapier. Ravenna was founded by Kevin Coleman (ex AWS/YC) and Taylor Halliday (ex Zapier/YC).

About the Role

At Ravenna, we’re looking for a data-driven Growth Marketer to lead our customer acquisition and retention strategies. You’ll be responsible for creating and executing high-impact marketing campaigns that expand our reach, optimize our conversion funnels, and enhance customer lifetime value.


Responsibilities

📈 Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute data-driven growth marketing strategies across multiple channels, including paid search, social, content, email, and more.

📊 Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, using insights to optimize conversion rates and customer engagement.

🎯 Targeted Campaigns: Develop personalized, targeted initiatives to improve each stage of the customer journey.

🔬 A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B tests across various marketing efforts to refine messaging, landing pages, and user acquisition strategies.

📢 Content & SEO Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to create high-impact marketing content and optimize for search engine rankings.

💰 Paid Advertising Management: Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

📣 Brand Awareness & Engagement: Work on brand positioning and messaging to enhance Ravenna’s visibility in the market.
