About the Role
We’re looking for a Demand Generation Lead to take full ownership of pipeline creation at Ravenna. You’ll design and execute the multi-channel programs that fuel our go-to-market motion, from outbound and paid campaigns to content, events, and ABM. Your north star will be simple: building predictable, scalable pipeline that converts.
As one of Ravenna’s earliest marketing hires, you’ll define our demand engine from the ground up, selecting tools, building processes, while collaborating directly with the founders. You’ll have the freedom to test new channels, refine messaging, and double down on what works, while maintaining a deep focus on measurable results.

This role is perfect for a data-driven builder who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments, someone equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to launch campaigns as they are analyzing funnel performance or designing growth experiments. What You’ll Do
- Drive Pipleine: Develop, execute, and iterate upon strategies including automated outbound, website conversion, SEO, paid marketing, affiliates and more that get demos on the calendar.
- Own Key Business Goals: Take ownership of growth metrics and establish end-to-end tracking systems to measure impact.
- Run Growth Experiments: Design, execute, and analyze experiments from hypothesis to conclusion with resilience and rigor.
- Create Content: Ideate and develop compelling content and messaging that resonates with our target audience.
- Solve Abstract Problems: Tackle open-ended distribution challenges including expanding our total addressable market, exploring new acquisition models, and more.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience, with a track record in building systems that drive pipeline. Preferably experience at a high-intensity, high-growth company,
- Fearless experimentation - you will run ninety‑nine failed experiments if it means the hundredth becomes the inflection point. You always are thinking out of the box and are unafraid to fail.
- Relentlessly execution-oriented - you bias toward action, are down to dive into the weeds, and do whatever it takes to ship.
- Systems thinker - you are excited by hard distribution problems and committed to building growth engines that scale rather than one‑off hacks.
- Excellent communicator & collaborator - you are able to lead cross‑functional projects and rally engineering, product, and sales around a shared growth goal.
- Tool fluency - you have expertise across growth tools and will make reccomendations for how we should build our growth stack.
